At Atterbury, we are passionate about creating places that are optimised for our tenants, customers and partners. We are proud of the improvements made to this centre while it has been part of our portfolio and entrust Pan Africa to its new owners in a strong position for its customers, community and the future.
We will be handing over the centre fully renewed and revamped, inside and out. Pan Africa’s most recent improvements include a new anchor tenant, Boxer, and new shops from favourite South African brands Clicks, Ackermans, Fashion World, Pep Home, Boxer Liquor and Roman’s Pizza, as well as substantially bigger Truworths and Studio 88 stores. A highlight of the refreshed centre is its beautiful new outdoor food court seating, complete with a fun play area.
Pan Africa Shopping Centre has a bright future, and we are delighted to continue our association with this asset and Vukile to develop Phase 2 of Pan Africa Shopping Centre. Watch this space!
